So. This weekend I stepped away from the computer and in front of the chaotic mess that presented itself at home. And I’m happy to report that I was able to regain some order to the chaos. In fact, I regained a lot of order, especially in regards to my home office. I sorted through a box of “actionable items” - mail, scribbled handwritten notes, and things I had that need sorting and putting away. The box is empty, trash bags are full, and items have been filed. It feels good knowing it’s done.

Nick and I both got new toys this weekend. Nick got this → fun toy.

And I got this: my new toy. I’m debating whether I like it more than my other toy. At the moment, the jury’s still out.

Spring is in full bloom here - it’s gorgeous. I have no pictures at the moment to share because my requisite blue skies are currently gray and threatening to storm. Maybe the skies are in mourning.
