So, I was mixing up my Friday night batch of special margaritas when I realized - shit - out of tequila.  Well, out of Patron.  I still had some Cuervo 1800 as a backup. That has been aging for about 20 years.

Okay, I’ll give it a whirl.

Know what I discovered?

Tequila does not - I repeat - DOES NOT age well, say like a fine scotch or bourbon does.  In fact, it sucked ass so hard I’m off to the store for reinforcements.
