How would you like to find this crawling around in your backyard? This’ll get your freak on - but not in a good way.

I have a fascination with spiders. I hate them, but I’m still fascinated by them, and will get within inches to capture their creepiness/beauty. This was no exception - and quite daringly, put my fears to test with this remarkable beauty. Look at the ominous shadow, the tiny inclination of websilk, the hairs of the spider’s legs.

Oh, if it makes you feel any better, this picture is bigger than the spider was. Otherwise, I assuredly would’ve had my freakin’ screaming going on.
