In the continuing marvel of the evolution of man, we women stop to ponder - why do men sit/sleep with a hand stuffed down their pants, (aka the “Al Bundy Effect”)?

I offer up for exhibit this compelling picture, taken straight from the family album, that demonstrates - beyond a shadow of a doubt - it starts early in a man’s life.

Nick was only about three when this picture was taken. Proof positive that, once they discover the “second brain,” all sense of logic is lost to fascination.

Speaking of fascination, I’m reminded of a scene I saw in the movie A Cool, Dry Place where a young boy, Calvin, is playing with his best friend, Megan. The two are standing in the backyard:

Calvin: “Can you do this?”
Calvin whips out his little wiener and waters the flowers.
Megan: “No, but can you do this?”
Megan pulls a nickel from her pocket and sticks it up her vagina - magically making it disappear.
