See the kiddies out walking,
and Moms gathered talking -
a new school year is here.
It’s the most wonderful time …
of the year.

It’s the hap-happiest season of all.

There’ll be lunch dates and shopping,
Moms’ friends come a’knocking
and sing with great cheer.
It’s the most wonderful time …
of the year!

Heh. Heh. Another reason to love September.

P.S. Nick wasn’t much impressed as I sang this little ditty to him this morning. Not so much at all. However, on the up side, he is excited to be going back this year - in the ranks as an upperclassman (Junior) in high school.
